A man originally from the Steppe. He lived a simple, but happy life with his parents and five siblings in the small Bakurou clan, until his father had passed away unexpectedly one night by a landslide during a heavy rainstorm when he was 17. At 19, he left the Steppe alongside his horse, Oyobe, to support his family by other means, first working at a small ramen bar in Kugane for a year, then traveling to Eorzea to take up work as an adventurer. Nagenawa is willing to preform any task, big or small; as long as it doesn't harm anyone, he'll do it!

When first making his way to Eorzea, Nagenawa came across a ranch, filled with cattle, horses, and most importantly, cowboys. He became fascinated by their way of life, and found comfort in the familiarity of their bond with horses. He took on their western wear, rustic principles, and most strangely, their accent.

Bakurou Clan

A smaller, newer clan, not recognized by most of the Steppe. Brought about by the joining of a few members of the Noykin and the Dataq, after a strange and life-altering meeting. They continue to keep the roots of both, being heavily nomadic as well as masters of horse rearing, while also taking up names of Yanxian origin to establish a good relationship for trading.
